1. Оператор и контакты
Оператор сервиса — проект VZP Launcher (сайт vzp-launcher.pro): веб-сайт и Windows-лаунчер статистики войн ВЗП GTA 5 RP. Вопросы по данным и запросам на удаление — через раздел поддержки или обращения на сайте.
2. Какие данные обрабатываем
Discord. При входе — идентификатор, имя, аватар и иные данные Discord для аккаунта VZP.
Игровая статистика. Матчи, рейтинги, семьи и персонажи.
Контент пользователя. Чат, поддержка, заявки, материалы профиля.
Технические данные. Адрес, браузер/устройство, журналы, данные входа.
Cookies и аналитика — раздел 5.
Данные Google / YouTube (если включена автозагрузка) — раздел 4.
Платежи пока не подключены. При появлении магазина состав данных опишем отдельно.
3. Правовые основания и цели
Работа сервиса (аккаунт, рейтинги, overlay, чат, семьи, лаунчер).
Безопасность и поддержка.
Аналитика — только после согласия на cookies.
Автозагрузка видео — только по инициативе пользователя.
Основания: договор пользования, согласие (Discord / Google / RuTube, cookies), законные интересы безопасности — в пределах права РФ.
4. Google / YouTube (автозагрузка видео)
Пользователь может подключить YouTube и загружать локальные видео на свой канал.
Доступ только после согласия («Подключить YouTube»).
Только права для загрузки и связанных действий; ролики на серверы VZP не передаются.
Поддержка VZP: через поддержку (токены Google на сервер не попадали).
Уже опубликованные ролики остаются на YouTube и управляются в YouTube Studio.
4.4. С кем мы делимся данными Google (sharing / transfer / disclosure)
В отношении Google user data (OAuth-токены, сведения о канале YouTube, метаданные загрузки):
Мы не продаём данные Google и не передаём их рекламным сетям, брокерам данных или иным сторонним компаниям для маркетинга.
Сервер VZP не получает и не передаёт OAuth-токены Google / YouTube третьим лицам — они остаются на устройстве пользователя.
Единственная сторона, которой данные Google передаются в рамках функции автозагрузки, — это Google / YouTube: лаунчер на ПК пользователя обращается к API Google/YouTube, чтобы загрузить видео на канал пользователя и выполнить связанные действия (например, плейлист), которые пользователь запросил.
Файлы видео уходят с компьютера пользователя напрямую в Google/YouTube, не через хранилище или прокси VZP.
Мы не раскрываем Google user data другим пользователям VZP, партнёрам или подрядчикам, за исключением случаев, когда это прямо требует закон (например, обязательный запрос уполномоченного органа) — и только в минимально необходимом объёме.
4.5. Как мы используем данные Google (use)
Токены и сведения о канале используются только чтобы предоставить функцию автозагрузки видео в лаунчере VZP: загрузка ролика на канал пользователя, обновление метаданных загрузки, работа с плейлистом по выбору пользователя.
Мы не используем Google user data для рекламы, ретаргетинга, продажи, оценки кредитоспособности, обучения сторонних AI/ML-моделей или создания баз данных для перепродажи.
Использование ограничено практиками, раскрытыми в этой политике, и требованиями Limited Use Google API Services User Data Policy.
4.6. Защита данных Google (security)
Обмен с Google/YouTube идёт по HTTPS.
OAuth-токены хранятся локально в данных приложения на ПК пользователя (не на серверах VZP) и не встраиваются в публичный код сайта.
Доступ к функции — только после явного согласия пользователя в OAuth consent screen Google.
Безопасность устройства пользователя (антивирус, учётные записи Windows) — зона ответственности пользователя.
5. Cookies и аналитика
Необходимые — вход и работа сайта.
Аналитика — только после согласия.
Выбор хранится в браузере.
6. RuTube
Данные доступа локально на ПК; отключение в лаунчере удаляет их.
7. Передача третьим лицам
Хостинг, Discord, аналитика при согласии. Google user data (токены и канал YouTube) — см. раздел 4.4: не продаём и не передаём третьим лицам, кроме обращения лаунчера к API Google/YouTube для загрузки на канал пользователя.
8. Хранение и безопасность
Данные аккаунта VZP — на инфраструктуре проекта.
Пока нужен сервис или до удаления по запросу.
Логи — ограниченный срок.
Google/RuTube — только на ПК (разделы 4 и 6).
9. Права пользователя
Запросы через поддержку; отзыв Discord/Google/RuTube; отключение автозагрузки; отказ от cookies. Удаление Google — п. 4.3.
10. Возраст
Как правило от 13 лет (как у Discord); при необходимости — с согласия законного представителя.

1. Operator and contacts
The operator is the VZP Launcher project (vzp-launcher.pro): website and Windows launcher for GTA 5 RP war statistics. Data and deletion requests — via Support or the website.
2. Data we process
Discord. ID, name, avatar and related data for a VZP account.
Game statistics. Matches, ratings, families and characters.
User content. Chat, support, applications, profile materials.
Channel info needed for the feature (title, playlists when selected).
We do not receive your Google password. We do not store video contents on VZP servers.
4.2. Where stored and how long (retention)
Google access data is stored only on the user’s computer. VZP servers do not receive or store these tokens or video files.
Retention: while YouTube stays connected for auto-upload. No separate cloud retention at VZP.
After disconnect / Google revoke / deleting launcher data, tokens are no longer used.
4.3. How to delete (deletion)
Launcher: disconnect YouTube — local tokens are removed.
Google Account: revoke access for VZP Launcher.
Computer: delete launcher data or uninstall the app.
VZP support: via Support (Google tokens were never stored on VZP servers).
Videos already published on YouTube remain on YouTube and are managed in YouTube Studio / Google Account.
4.4. With whom we share Google user data (sharing / transfer / disclosure)
Regarding Google user data (OAuth tokens, YouTube channel information, upload-related metadata):
We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing.
VZP servers do not receive or transfer Google / YouTube OAuth tokens to any third party — those tokens stay on the user’s device.
The only party to whom Google user data is disclosed as part of the auto-upload feature is Google / YouTube: the launcher on the user’s PC calls Google/YouTube APIs to upload video to the user’s own channel and perform related actions the user requested (for example, adding to a playlist).
Video files are sent from the user’s computer directly to Google/YouTube, not through VZP storage or a VZP proxy.
We do not disclose Google user data to other VZP users, partners, or contractors, except where required by applicable law (for example, a binding request from a competent authority), and only to the minimum extent necessary.
4.5. How we use Google user data (use)
Tokens and channel information are used only to provide the VZP Launcher auto-upload feature: uploading a video to the user’s channel, updating upload metadata, and playlist actions chosen by the user.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, sale, credit-worthiness, training third-party AI/ML models, or building resale databases.
Use is limited to the practices disclosed in this policy and to Google’s Limited Use requirements under the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4.6. How we protect Google user data (security)
Communication with Google/YouTube uses HTTPS.
OAuth tokens are stored locally in the application data on the user’s PC (not on VZP servers) and are not embedded in public website code.
Access requires the user’s explicit consent on Google’s OAuth consent screen.
Device security (OS account, antivirus) remains the user’s responsibility.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential — login and site operation.
Analytics — only with consent.
Choice is stored in the browser.
6. RuTube
Access data is local on the PC; disconnecting in the launcher removes it.
7. Third parties
Hosting, Discord, analytics with consent. For Google user data (tokens and YouTube channel info) see section 4.4: we do not sell or share it with third parties, except the launcher calling Google/YouTube APIs to upload to the user’s own channel.
8. Retention and security
VZP account data — on project infrastructure.
While needed for the service, or until deletion via support.
Logs — limited diagnostic period.
Google/RuTube — only on the PC (sections 4 and 6).
9. Your rights
Request clarification/correction/deletion of VZP account data via support; revoke Discord/Google/RuTube; disconnect auto-upload; refuse analytics cookies. Google deletion — section 4.3.
10. Age
Generally 13+ (as with Discord); with parent/guardian consent where required.
